okay, so tell us about it....what kind of sauce is that on the chicken, is it like a gravy? or is it a spicy stuff, or tangy....come on let's hear about it!!!! and what is it placed on top of? Also it looks like the veggies have a coating of something on them, too, what kind of spices did you use??????

Oh no! I didn't know there would be a quiz! Hahaha... That is Roasted Chicken with Pan Gravy over Wild Rice with Carrots Vichy (carrots with a savory glaze), and sauteed green beans (sauteed with butter and shallots!) Most things are seasoned with salt and pepper to bring out the natural flavors.

ummmmmmmmm WELL we split the turkey up btwn all of us so i dont have a whole turkey BUT very close AND who could pass up chicken? i LOVE chicken.....BTW i had some leftovers today mmmmmmmmmmmm
