KitchenAdvance AquaChef and Perfect Chop Review & Giveaway Ends 09/10 Ended

Developed by KitchenAdvance, the AquaChef is a revolutionary cooking appliance, a sous-vide cooker that makes cooking healthier and flavorful meals super easy. The AquaChef allows you the ability to tenderize tough, less expensive cuts of meat; eliminate added fats or oils; keep foods at the correct temperature until they are ready to serve; and enjoy easy cleanup.

"All you need to do is seal the seasoned food inside a -sealed bag, submerge it in the water bath at the required temperature and walk away. The AquaChef is easy enough for even the beginner cook to use. You place your food in the provided bag, vacuumseal it with the included vacuumsealer and then place it into the already hot water.

The first thing I wanted to cook in the AquaChef was chicken. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts, seasoned and cut them into bite size pieces. After letting the chicken cook for a couple of hours, the chicken was cooked thoroughly and not overcooked. It turned out really juicy and tasted great....better than I expected it to taste and the whole family loved it!

I have also cooked steak in the AquaChef and it turned out perfectly cooked throughout the whole steak. I seasoned it with salt and pepper and put it in the bag and into the water to cook for two hours. When it came out, it was evenly cooked and oh so moist. It tasted so good, we didn't even need any steak sauce on it.

There are so many different things you can cook in the AquaChef from steak, chicken, fish and desserts as well. I haven't tried making any desserts in the AquaChef yet, but I plan on trying that out in the near future!

The only thing that I can say negatively about the AquaChef is that I wish it was somewhat bigger. I have a large family consisting of my husband, four boys and myself and it would be perfect if I could fit four or five steaks into the cooker at one time.

The AquaChef comes with the Seal 'N Fresh Handheld Vacuum, Vacuum Bags and a Recipe book.
