Tropical Traditions Expeller-Pressed Coconut Oil is a high quality refined coconut oil. The Review
I received a 32 oz. jar of Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil for review. I love to cook so I was excited to try this oil so I headed to the Tropical Traditions blog, where I found many different ways coconut oil can be used in cooking with their delicious recipes! I decided to try the Sweet Potato Soup as I love sweet potatoes and soup. It was the easiest soup recipe I have ever made and the flavor of the sweet potatoes and coconut were amazing. This is a keeper for sure.

I had never heard of coconut oil and I never dreamed there were so many ways to use it. I am always looking for healthier ways to cook and was happy to learn that any recipe calling for butter, margarine or any other oil can be substituted with coconut oil. There will lots of experimenting going on in my kitchen.

Research shows that the medium chain fatty acids found in coconut oil boosts the body’s metabolism, raises body temperatures, and helps provide greater energy which can lead to weight loss, who doesn‘t love this!
