I was so excited when i got samples of Mt. Olives Pickles in my mail box the other day. I love Pickles The best part was the cute little individual packets the Pickles came in. I wish they had these when my kids were in school they would of been great to throw in lunch boxes.

Mt. Olive Pickle Company is located in Mount Olive, North Carolina and originally founded for the purpose of brining cucumbers to be sold to other pickling firms. When this initial plan didn't exactly work out, the young company found itself in sort of a Pickle so 37 local business people came together to establish the company for the purpose of packing and selling its own Pickle products. From a modest beginning in 1926, with only a 3,600 square-foot building and $19,500 in capital, the Mt. Olives Pickle Company has grown to become the largest independent Pickle company in the United States. The company packs over 110 million jars of processed and fresh pack pickles, relishes and peppers annually.
