The Review
I selected the 100 Color String Solar Christmas Lights to review.

• These solar powered multicolored Christmas lights have 100 bulbs in red, green, yellow, blue, and white.
  
• The string is a total of 38 feet long, 32 feet of lights, and 6 feet of lead wire allowing you to place the solar panel in an optimal position to capture energy from the sun.
  
• There is no need to run an electrical extension cord to light up your home! These lights automatically turn on at dusk and will run for up to 8 hours on a full charge.
  
• They use one rechargeable AA battery which is included with your lights.
  
• 2 Settings – Steady or Blinking Lights.
  
• You can expect about 1.5 hours of run time for every 1 hour of sunlight.
  

The string of lights comes with 32 feet of lights which was perfect for my balcony, the solar panel is on a stake that can go into the ground with a six foot lead. I placed the solar panel in a sunny area below my balcony and set the switch for steady. That night I had colorful lights as soon as the sun went down and then went off in the morning when the sun came up - I love that feature! No cords, no timers, no remembering to turn on the lights every night. I think I will leave them up until Christmas - they are so cheerful and do not use an ounce of electricity!
