Why does it say underneath the reward thing...that is has been concluded??? Does this mean it has reached it's 12, 000 people already??? I'm gonna do it anyhow. Or is this tomorrow??? I'm confused over here.

Everytime I click on submit it takes me back to the form page...and it says that I need to put something in the browse area. WTH??? OOOh...can anyone please help me??
