Participation in the Game and Earning Points: Eligible individuals may participate in the contest during the Promotion Period by visiting petcentric.com (the “Web Site”) and following the directions to register for the Web Site and game. Participants will be asked to create a password which must be used to sign in to the Web Site and game on future visits. There is no cost to register. An eligible individual may only register one time; any individual who uses multiple identities or email addresses to register more than one time may be disqualified. Registered participants may then earn additional points for viewing video content, articles and photos, submitting a comment, posting a place, conducting an adopt-a-pet search or a "places search", uploading a photo and submitting a contest submission. Point tokens will pop up each time the participants have the opportunity to earn points. For actions that do not require the participants to click on the token (such as registering), a token will appear with the words (you've earned xx points). Tokens that are buried within stories will require the participant to click on them to be added to the participant’s point bank. Look for the directions that state: “Click here to earn xx points.” Refer to the chart below for qualifying actions and the point values that will be earned for each action. You must be signed in to earn points. There is no limit on the number of points that can be earned each day. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the point values or methods of earning points at any time without notice to you in Sponsor's sole discretion. Your Point balance will be displayed each time you sign in. There will be a leader board displayed on the Web Site for each participant to compare his or her own point progress to other participants. The use of automated or other fraudulent methods of earning points is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate points if it determines, at its sole discretion that such points were obtained by fraudulent methods or improperly credited, and Sponsor may suspend or terminate any member if Sponsor suspects that a participant has engaged in fraudulent activity. Points do not constitute property, do not entitle a member to have a vested right or interest and have no cash value. Points are not transferable or assignable for any reason. The participant with the most points will be determined to be the First Place Winner. Additionally, Second, Third, and Runner Up winners will be determined based on the next highest point totals in descending order. In the event of a tie for any prize, the participant who reached the point level first will be determined to be the winner of that prize.

Prizes: One (1) First Prize: A trip for two (winner and one guest) to New York City & a Spa Visit. Trip includes roundtrip coach airfare for winner and one guest from a major airport near winner’s home to New York City, double occupancy hotel accommodations for one night in New York City, and a complimentary healthy spa treatment for winner and guest. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000. Actual value may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Travel must be booked by 9/30/10 and travel completed by 11/12/10 or prize will be forfeited. Winner and guest must travel together. All other costs and expenses associated with the trip, including but not limited to meals, tips, airline baggage fees, and incidental hotel charges, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
One (1) Second Prize: a Pet & Owner Spa Package which includes a spa treatment for owner and grooming treatment for one cat or dog. Package will include gift certificates for owner and owner’s cat or dog to one salon for owner and one pet grooming salon for the owner’s dog or cat in the market of winner’s choice. ARV: $2,000. Spa and grooming treatment appointments must be booked by July 30, 2010.
One (1) Third Prize: a swanky basket filled with blankets, apparel, bowls, grooming tools, gift certificates, and other special treats for your pet. ARV: $1,500.
Two (2) Runner Up Prizes: one half day spa session for winner and a grooming session for winner’s pet (winner will have choice of various treatments) plus a professional portrait session at a local photo studio and one high quality photograph. Photograph may be of pet alone, or may be of owner and pet together. ARV: $650/each. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $7,050
