Its funky. Its one of those things you either love or hate, there is no in between. No where near like regular cheese.

Jersma- The best I can describe it is the texture is kind of like cream cheese except a bit more crumbly, and the flavor is earthy and can be taken as strong, and even slightly gamy. It can also be thought of as slightly sour. I figure if you're getting some free, may as well give it a try!

It's interesting that alot of ppl don't know that Feta cheese is a goat cheese. If you love your salads with Feta cheese, then you love goat cheese. eheheheehehehe

I once shared that info. with my co-worker, who loves her Feta cheese & had no idea it was a goat product. ! Too bad I never took a picture of her facial expression. But, she still eats it!
btw...........she's nearing 60 & all this time, she had no idea.
