After you fill out and submit the form below, the recipient will receive a small package containing two samples of Sweet Libertine’s most popular colors, a business card, and a short note explaining what the program is and why they were sent the samples. A sales code will also be included that they can use for their first purchase at Sweet Libertine. All information requested must be included in the request for it to be submitted successfully. Email is required, but you will only be contacted if I need to verify that you are not a bot. You will get NO promotional email or from us. There is no limit to the amount of people you send a sample pack to, but only one sample pack per address/household.
