There is a field for "company name" but it is not required. Just click on the item(s) in the product catagory field that you are interested in. Scroll down a lil on left side, click on "request a sample".

The regular price of the item you're requesting must be $5.00 or less. There is no charge for shipping your samples.

They have really nice pens!

i have sent for recently and they want to talk to you first before sending the sample. used to be they would send samples no questions asked. times are tough i guess.
