I think this is good til 12/15/09, so, don't give up. I did mine at some ungodly hour, and it went right through. They are also offering coupons if you know of anyone that can use them.

i still cant get thru! they have a busy server and it is really starting to make me angry

they have no choice but to get your ID that proves you are an adult its the new rules and have been for a while now ... thats why no more marlboro miles. i still have all my gear over 20k miles of it and in good shape.

they only ask for the last four digits of your ss number.i tried twice and can not pull the page up for the t-shirt.i keep clicking on promos and it shows me the shirt and coupons but when i click on it nothing happens.am i doing something wrong?

if they can't prove your id with the last four digits it goes on and asks for your entire ssn

I just completed mine......no problem!

i still can't get it to go thru, so i found a phone # for marlboro and called them. spoke to customer service and tech support and they have no idea why it won't work. first they said it might be traffic, then explained someone else tried to get it under my log in and they got the error message, but were able to get their own. then they said to uninstall flash and then reinstall it and to keep trying and if it still doesn't work in a week, call them back! i even asked if they would just send me the shirt! of course they said they couldnt do that.......

I sure hope you can get this figured out!
