...I thought this was for all those young guys out there that have pants sagging down to their knees, they can hold up this gauge and the gauge says something like, "if you can see this much of your butt, then you need to wear a belt!"

HAHAHAHAH If that's what it is then I'll get it for my boyfriend.

It's to gauge the wear of the belts in the engine of your vehicle. The belts/belt in your car spin and it creates wear and tear on the belt. This will gauge the wear on the belt. You need to replace your vehicles belts now and then.
