Wendy Spencer's love for fashion began at an early age, around the same time that she started experiencing her first "" leakage moment and had to deal with them by putting her sweaters around her waist. In her own words she comes from a family of "leaky" women, and as a mother, business woman, and lover of exercise and activity, she decided to create a product for all women who experience light leaks, and were tired of using disposable products.

So, the search began. Wendy and her team worked with a strong R&D partner to design the patented fabric technology and permanently built it into the panty’s thin gusset.
