The Company
Every pack of Tasty Bite you take home began its long journey at our farm in India. Farm-fresh, hand-picked and expertly prepared by our fine chefs, each meal represents the delightful flavors and variety of Indian and pan-Asian cuisine.

Launched in 1995, Tasty Bite currently offers 39 products across 4 categories: entrées, sauces, rices and meal inspirations. The flavors range from classic restaurant favorites such as a Channa Masala to unique fusion items such as the Tofu Corn Masala. Our products require no cooking, have no preservatives, require no refrigeration and as our brand suggests, taste phenomenal! You can take our products for lunch at work, use them as a side or main dish for dinner, or take them on the road while camping. They will be sure to Spice Up your meal, as the recipe options are limitless. You can use our Madras Lentils as a taco base, our Punjab Eggplant as a pasta sauce or use our Meal Inspirations as a salad topper! Of course, you can always just eat them straight out of the pouch!

The Review
I received the Pad Thai Cooking Sauce, Good Korma Cooking Sauce, Thai Lime Pilaf, Garlic Brown Rice, Bombay Potatoes, Madras Lentils, Chunky Chickpeas & Barley Medley to review.

Pad Thai Cooking Sauce
A classic sauce of peanuts, onions, tamarind and chilies.

Good Korma Cooking Sauce
A blend of coconut, cashews, tomato, garlic and spices.

Thai Lime Pilaf
Fragrant rice gently steamed in coconut milk, ginger, lemongrass, garlic and basil.

Garlic Brown Rice
Nutty brown rice with roasted garlic, corn and vegetables.

Bombay Potatoes
Potatoes and chick peas slow-cooked in a sauce of tomatoes, onions and spices.

Madras Lentils
Lentils, red beans and spices in a creamy tomato sauce.

Chunky Chickpeas
Chickpeas seasoned with garlic, ginger and aromatic spices.

Barley Medley
Barley and lentils flavored with raisins, ginger, coriander, mint and garlic.

I enjoy trying new foods and flavor profiles and I have to say I loved each and everyone of these products! Some of my favorites are the Madras Lentils and the Bombay Potatoes. All of their products have an authentic Indian and Pan Asian flavor. They all have a slight heat to them but it is not overpowering just a pleasant note on the back of your tongue.

I am looking forward to trying this Chunky Chickpea & Fresh Wrap recipe - we love wraps and this will be a great new addition to our wrap menu.
