how do you know when your points expire?

i didnt know the points expire either

it is in the terms and conditions and Patty mentioned it in an earlier post.

Lockerz did change their points policy. They only expire on a rolling 12 month period if you have never redeemed within the previous 12 months. As long as we are able to redeem points for something every 12 months they will not expire.

if i have to click more than once to get the item i dont want it! i tried 10 times to click on the redeem button and it just kept going back to the main page.

Good for you!! Im glad you said something. I did a few months back, and they didnt give a crap. They will probably just pull the same crap as the last few times with there 'the site is new and we're still working out the bugs' BS!!!

same here....unless its a 15 ptz item then it will let you redeem!!! errrr

It wouldn't even change from redemption coming soon. Not to mention that the site slows my computer weigh down when I have it up.

they must have all been out by the time you got to them BUT with the computer being sloooooow. i sent negative feedback to them as well. they have on their log another redemption coming in january....

FYI they changed the loggin. Now when you loggin, you have to click the button in the bottom left hand corner on your home page to get your points. Watch the video on your home page to see.

and you still have to go to the dailies

i saw that this morning. i emailed them, again, yesterday cuz it wasnt giving me credit for logging in and shows the whole month of jan not being there - i do this friggin thing every day!
so they made a change and didnt tell anyone until several days after the change. these people running this site are idiots!!!

Today there is a screen cleaner saying that they are down with technical difficulties.

So I was sitting around thinking about Lockerz and am kinda wondering if its some kind of Beta testing they are doing on us. I know that sounds crazy, but what if we are their rats? The first round of prizes they actually give them out, after that its impossible to get anything. Yet we go back, click there little buttons all of the time even though its been months since we have gotten anything. Think about it, they are really young guys, that dont look like they have money at all, giving out free prizes? The look college aged. Are they doing a study to see how long we will continue this?
Just a thought.

The site is a bit of a scam and run by total idiots but I did get a $50 Amazon gift card from their Nov. screw up and $50 paypal from the Dec. redemption. Most people try and get the higher priced stuff when there is a redemption but I think they only have 2-3 in stock so people just waste their time and get nothing. But if you just go for the dough n run you have a much better chance and I really don't have an issue with getting free money. Oh and don't forget to send the kids diapers.

!!!!! no kidding! by the time i got there, there was quite a few left and none of them would let me redeem errrrr then all the stuff that was crap, like the screensavers i could redeem. go figure!
i hope they have another one soon and i get something, i have over 1000 ptz and nothing to show for it!

At least the site is running more smoothly now.

1) It WILL happen in January.
2) It will be a general redemption for everyone.
3) We will NOT raise prices.
4) We will post the rules in the hallway early next week.
5) The redemption time and date WILL be a surprise.
