The Review
I was Blessed to receive a huge assortment of If You Care products for review! I am on a mission to go green and these products will make my journey a lot easier.
All of their products are great, but I want to tell you about a few of my favorites.



If You Care Parchment Baking Sheets
I do a lot of baking so I use a lot of parchment paper. I place the paper on my baking sheets and cake pans for easy clean-up and no sticking. When you use parchment paper there is no need for oils or sprays.
Their Parchment Baking Sheets premium quality unbleached, greaseproof papers are perfect for a wide variety of baking and cooking needs. While some baking papers are coated with Quilon, which contains heavy metals like chromium that can be toxic when incinerated.
If You Care Parchment Paper uses Silicone, derived from a natural element. It’s a much more expensive process, but one we feel is worth it for everyone. But perhaps most importantly, our baking papers use no chlorine in their production. And that means no chlorine is dumped into our lakes and streams



If You Care All Natural Waxed Paper
I place wax paper between hamburger patties and other meats before freezing for easy separation later. I use wax paper to cover items in the microwave as I never ever use plastic in the microwave.
Their wax paper is made from unbleached paper and coated with 100% natural soybean wax, it's ideal for wrapping foods without affecting flavor. Conventional waxed paper is coated with paraffin wax – a petroleum based product. Yuck!
Soybean wax is clean, safe, non-toxic, biodegradable, and comes from a renewable and sustainable resource grown by American farmers, giving them an economical use for their soybean surplus.



If You Care 100% Biomass Firelighters
Most firelighters contain kerosene and/or paraffin or paraffin wax, derived from petroleum, the combustion of which can release carcinogenic formaldehyde. If You Care 100% Biomass Firelighters are considered carbon neutral, are non-toxic and harmless when in contact with plants, vegetation or aquatic organisms, and can be safely stored near or with food.
We have a fire pit and it is always a challenge to get the fire started but with If You Care 100% Biomass Firelighters I simply place them under the wood and light. They burn for 8-10 minutes each, with the first 5 minutes producing the strongest flame and quickly lit the wood for a nice cozy fire in no time. No more fussing with newspaper, twigs and other items trying to get the flame going. More time for relaxing by the fire and s‘mores!
