Fiberlicious! Don't people eat fresh produce anymore? Sheesh.. Did you know 1 cup of raspberries has 8 grams of fiber?

I don't know how much you need but with all the fruits and veggies my kid eats she still has to have a high fiber diet.

Jersma, veggies and fruits taste way better :P

ldl.. the average healthy adult needs 25-30 grams per day, but I'm not sure how much kids need.

Yeah she is 11 and eats a lot of whole grain stuff and still has problems.

Aww poor kid. I completely understand, I have Crohn's. Just make sure her doctor knows about everything so you can nip anything in the bud.. digestive health is very important!

Go over to Mom's house, she is always cooking with vegies. Good stuff too, like stir fry and stuff.

I was a line cook and a short order cook. I also was a banquet cook. I managed the kitchen of a guest ranch out in the Rockies. I managed a couple of greasy spoons.
Yeah, I can find my way around a kitchen, but I am not a chef. And there is a difference. I think I am a good cook, but I don't have no paper to back me! My hat is off to anyone who goes to school for that.
