thanx - i actually need a new bible.

I like getting new bibles for my kids because they are so hard on them.

I didn't actually sign up for this one because I currently own about 30 different versions of the Bible.

Thats Deedee. In high school i took a class called Bible as Literature and we did a comparison on several bibles. It was interesting to see the different interpretations.

Yeah, very interesting stuff. Especially when you get into the actual Greek and Hebrew interpretations.

I haven't really had time to do any real deep studying lately, but I would say that Bible as Literature is prolly one of my favorite subjects!

I always thought it was literature because it is a collection of works by nonfiction authors writing nonfiction work.

I think literature can mean any sort of writing...here is what I found on the web...
