As part of this review i received this Cuisinart Mini-Prep Food Processor in Stainless Steel and as far as looks go, the style and finish is great, it cleans up easily and the unit is very compact - it takes very little counter space so keeping it handy is no problem.

I tried various processing and grinding tasks, from dressings and salsa to chopping vegetables for pasta sauces, as well as chopping/grinding nuts and spices. I found it processes well and most of the time, a very short pulsing action was all it needed - it's easy to over-process. When vegetables are fairly uniform in size to start with and the bowl is scraped as needed, results are fairly consistent - typical of most food processors.

I love the practical nature of this Cuisinart Mini-Prep Food Processor in Stainless Steel - it can handle everyday common chopping tasks and that means not having to take out a larger unit unless you really want to. The size is compact - it takes very little room on the counter so I can keep it handy. It looks nice, is easy to use and the price is reasonable.

I love that mini processor - sounds like it is a great product to have to make preparing foods easier. I would love to see a review on their knife set.

Wow, two speeds. The one I have now has only one speed. This sounds like a great little processor.
