I got it last time also. It sticks in my head because I thought it was odd that they sent a sleep mask along with the cereal samples.

Thanks for posting again. I signed my grandma up. I can hear her now "why in the "blank" are they sending a sleep mask". She's a spunky one.

Flame....I posted the sleep mask on Listia and got some points out of it.

It says one per household...but it did go through and it said it will arrive 4 to 6 weeks. So I don't know about this offer. Since I did get it the first time around. They might not send it the second time.
