I think you have to be 18 to get all Walmart samples. I accidentally put I was under 18 once because I didn't scroll down the menu far enough and I was denied. They said sorry we don't send samples to minors.

@ flame! yes they need shampoo but i guess mommy stills buys it and washes their hair for them.
