Here's how to receive your rebate check (up to $12.00) & help the National Park Foundation. Offer Expires 10/04/2010

1) Purchase:
Up to 3 gallons Thompson's® WaterSeal® Wood Protector Products in a single purchase at a participating retailer from 4/03/2010 – 10/04/2010.

2) Send:
(A) This certificate filled out completely
(B) The original cash register receipt (dated between 4/03/2010 – 10/04/2010) with the purchase price(s) circled
(C) Cut out the original UPC codes from the label of each container as proof of purchase. For metal cans write the UPC numbers on a separate sheet of paper

3) Mail to:

4) Receive by Mail:
A rebate check in the amount of either $3.00 or $4.00 for every gallon purchased, redeemable at the store where products were purchased. Maximum amount $12.00

Mail-in certificate must be postmarked by 11/04/2010 and received by 11/18/2010.
