I have ordered this before and never got it. Maybe because it is connected to wal-mart I will get it.

i always get the stuff from the ASPCA - but i have donated in the past too.

I donate also and always get stuff from them like address labels and stickers and other stuff and for the wristband I actually sent in a form to get it and never received it and that was over a year ago. I get ID badges from them every year also.
