It is technically Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco, Washington. But the outlying towns also consider themselves part of the tri-cities. i live in a small outside town called West Richland....so does Allese. I am not at liberty to divulge anyone else's location but Bargain Betty lives "close-by", and so does Ldl511.
