The Company
Hello, welcome to our Julian Bakery website. I am the owner of the Julian Bakery and a nutritionist

I have designed our breads to have all the amino acids (proteins that are essential for life) in every slice. We grind our organic grains in a stone mill before baking, preventing rancid flour, while achieving more flavor and more nutrition. It is the same concept as fresh ground coffee. All of our main grains are organically grown, free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. It is safe for children. All of our sourdough yeast free breads are cultured (the same concept as yogurt). They are easier to digest, contribute to the friendly flora of our intestines, and are a low stress food (providing predigested released nutrients from the culturing process).

The Review
I received the amazing sourdough, cinnamon raisin smart carb, and the low carb smart carb bread to review.



My favorite was the Amazing Sourdough bread it has 60 calories per slice, 5 grams of protein, and 6 grams of fiber.

Made with Fresh ground high protein golden whole grain *wheat, onion, Undenatured Whey Protein Isolate (90%), Chicory Root (Inulin Fiber), sesame seeds, yeast & sea salt. *Organically Grown

I had it toasted with a little butter and it was delicious. I also made a bacon and egg sandwich and it gave a great savory taste to the sandwich.



The smart carb cinnamon raisin is a protein packed piece of bread with 137 calories, 13 grams of fiber and 14 grams of protein!

We had this as French toast and it was very tasty. It gave the French toast an added flavor boost with raisins and cinnamon baked in the bread.

The low carb smart carb bread #1 has 109 calories with 12g of fiber and only 1 g of Net Carbs per slice.

I did not really care for this bread as it was too dense and crumbly. I sent it as sandwiches in my hubby’s lunch and I heard no complaints so he must have liked it.
