The Company
Founded by Southern California native Jeff Kelley, Sanuk provides creatively inspired yet distinctively designed footwear products for the global outdoor community. Taking its name from the Thai word for fun, Sanuk strives to make innovative products that are as much about funk as they are about function.

Sanuk products have been twice recognized at the SIMA Image Awards as the 2007 and 2010 Footwear Product of the Year. Sanuk is best known for its Sidewalk Surfers, referred to as “Not-A-Shoe” for their comfort and patented sandal construction that allows feet to bend and flex naturally. Sanuk also leads its industry using innovative material for its footwear such as yoga mats, poncho pattern canvas, eco-friendly hemp and extra soft EVA footbeds.




The Review
I received the Kiss and Tell sandals for review. When my package arrived, the sandals were wrapped up in a biodegradable bag, with ideas on how to reuse and then compost the bag. I loved the rich color and the detailing on my sandals. Look at the detailing around the edge and the stylish braiding on the side.



They are very lightweight but made out of quality materials so they should last a long time. These sandals do seem to run a little small, when I first put the sandals on they were tight, but as I continued to walk around in them they did seem to loosen up some. When I contacted Sanuk about them being tight they sent me the next size up and another pair to review!! Talk about great customer service!! I love these sandals and so happy I can now wear them comfortably!!

The second pair I received were the Yoga Mat sandals. The yoga mat material cushions and conforms to your foot for an amazing comfortable fit. The size was true and they fit perfectly. If you do yoga, you know how important a good yoga mat is to protecting your body as you exercise. These shoes are made of that same material and do the same for your feet as you walk. Look at how thick the sole is, these sandals will last a long time. They come in a variety of colors and styles, you will be sure to find one that you love.
