Newman's Own Organics Review & Giveaway ~ Ends 3/1

Newman's Own Organics started as a division of Newman’s Own in 1993 by Nell Newman and her business partner, Peter Meehan, but became a separate company in early 2001. The two companies now have separate lines of products. I was lucky to receive a huge box of Newman's Own Orgnics products to try. I also get to pick FOUR of my favorite items for a giveaway. I usually don't buy Organic products at the store since usually to me they are flavorless and dry... but with Newman's Own Orgnics I actually liked every single item.

Out of the box full of goodies Newman's Organics sent me my four most favorites were
(and this was a tough choice)

Fig Newman's they come in 3 different varieties Fat Free, Low Fat & Wheat-Free/Dairy-Free.. I tried the Fat Free and thought they were excellent. Just the perfect fig taste and not too sweet. The outside cookie part is super soft like they should be and a good flavor.

My second favorite was the Pretzels they offer ten varieties to choose from. And since they're baked (not fried), the pretzels make a great low-fat, healthy snack with only 1 to 1.5 gram fat (no trans-fat).
The flavor choices are
Spelt • Salted Sticks • High Protein • Unsalted Rounds • Rods Thin Sticks •Salted Rounds • Honey Wheat Mini Salted Thins • Mighty Mini
My favorite of the ones i tasted were the salted sticks...

Third favorite and one i had to fight over with my boyfriend since he loved them too was the Chocolate Cups Ooooo So Yummy! Made with organic chocolate and come in five different varieties: Peanut Butter in Dark Chocolate or Milk Chocolate, a delicious Dark Chocolate Peppermint Cup and a rich Caramel cup rounding out the selection in either Dark Chocolate or Milk Chocolate. All five carry Rainforest Alliance Certification. Both Caramel cups carry the USDA Seal.
Each packet comes with 3 cups so two were for me and my boyfriend got one lol

~ my favorite of the 5 choices was the Dark Chocolate Peppermint Cups

My fourth favorite and this was a tough descision since i liked everything was the Mints The Organic mints come in four flavors and are newer to the Newman's Own Organics' product line. The flavors are Cinnamon, Ginger, Peppermint and Wintergreen
All flavors are made from organic sugar, organic corn syrup, gum arabic and natural flavors. Three pieces (2.0g) contain ten calories with 2g of sugar and no total fat, sodium or protein.

ALL of Newman's Own Orgnics were excellent and if you are looking to eat more healthy or add more organic items to your diet i suggest you look for the NEWMAN'S OWN ORGANICS at your store.
