The Review
Lawash sent 4 flavors garden spinach, sun dried tomato, whole wheat and white along with the low-carb versions of the white and wheat to review.
We tried the spinach first with turkey, onion and ranch dressing. They were delish. I did heat the wraps for a few seconds in the microwave for easier folding.
My favorite would have to be the sun dried tomato. It was flavorful and the perfect texture.
The low-carb whole wheat wrap has 7 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber and is made with stone ground whole wheat, oat fiber, and flax flour. it does not taste like most low carb food I have tried. I could not tell the differnce from the low-carb version and the regular one!
Lawash flatbread lasts 6 months in the freezer, 6 weeks in the refrigerator and 14 days at room temperature.
They also have Pita Chips available in the following flavors:
Garlic Herb
Cinnamon Sugar
Onion
BBQ
Zataar
Original
Check out the recipes for great ways to use the Lawash wraps. I loved the Breakfast wrap. It also had instructions with “photos” on how to make the perfect sandwich wrap.
Buy Lawash flatbread or chips from their online store or at these stores.
